Concrete Scanning & Hole Locating
We provide Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), X-Ray, and transpointer hole locating services for concrete scanning and can help you determine the best method of concrete scanning for your project.
- GPR scans provides fast, reliable 2D & 3D images of the inside of concrete, but is less precise. GPR needs only single sided access, and the scan area can be open to the public/workers. GPR is the preferred method of scanning in hospitals, airports, schools, roads, bridges and other public areas.
- X-ray scans provide perfect 2D pictures of the contents of concrete but requires access to both sides, and radiation concerns require a closed space away from public access.
- Transpointer hole locating can quickly and easily tranpose a location to the opposite side of a wall or floor, making layout faster and more accurate.
