How We Keep Every Site Safe
Our safety program is built on prevention, training, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Pre-Job Hazard Assessments
Every job begins with a site-specific hazard assessment. We identify risks, plan mitigation, and coordinate with site supervisors before any equipment arrives.
Trained & Certified Crews
All operators hold current safety certifications including WHMIS, Fall Protection, Confined Space, and equipment-specific training. Regular refresher courses keep skills current.
Jobsite Safety Protocols
Mandatory PPE, safety barriers, signage, water management, and dust suppression on every job. Our crews follow written Safe Work Procedures for every type of cut.
Emergency Preparedness
First aid trained personnel on every crew. Spill kits, fire extinguishers, and emergency response plans tailored to each project environment.
Documentation & Reporting
Complete safety documentation including daily hazard logs, toolbox talks, near-miss reporting, and incident investigation procedures.
Environmental Compliance
Water containment, slurry management, dust suppression, and proper waste disposal. We meet or exceed all environmental regulations and site requirements.
Certifications & Memberships
WorkSafeBC Compliance
Full compliance with all WorkSafeBC regulations, including COR (Certificate of Recognition) equivalent safety standards.
Fully Insured
Comprehensive general liability and equipment insurance. Certificates of Insurance provided for every project.
BC Construction Industry Memberships
Active memberships with BC Construction Safety Alliance (BCCSA) and regional construction associations, with ongoing safety training and education for all crew members.
COR Certified (BC Construction Safety Alliance)
Certified through the BC Construction Safety Alliance (BCCSA), WorkSafeBC's official certifying partner for the construction industry. Our health and safety management system meets the province's audited COR standard.
